- A: Movaya offers flexible solutions to enable online merchants and content providers to sell digital content for mobile devices from the web.
- What are the fees for using Movaya's services?
- A: Movaya offers a number of services depending on the partners needs. Movaya PlugNPlay is a free service that enables anyone with a website to sell mobile games with minimal technical effort. Movaya's Enterprise solutions are custom engagements so costs will vary depending on level of integration.
- How do I sign up?
- A: To sign up for Movaya PlugNPlay, click here.
- What carriers does Movaya support?
- A: Movaya currently supports Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobile, Sprint and a few other regional carriers. Not all carriers support all content types but Movaya is working hard with our carrier partners to extend support.
- What devices does Movaya support?
- A: Movaya supports over 400 devices from leading handset manufacturers including Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, LG and SonyEricsson
- How do customers receive products they order from my store?
- A: Customers find games on your site. They select the ones they want and enter phone information (number, model, mobile carrier) - once the transaction is complete, the game is sent immediately to the customer's phone. It arrives as a text message with a link to download the game. So, your customers need text messaging and mobile Internet services enabled.
- How am I notified of new products to sell in my store?
- A: For PlugNPlay users, new games are displayed on the PlugNPlay homepage. For Enterprise customers, real-time data feeds will be part of the integration process.
- After someone buys a product, how do I get paid?
- A:Movaya pays merchant partners monthly.
- What ecommerce systems does PlugNPlay work with?
- A:Movaya PlugNPlay works with all types of e-commerce systems. As long as you can update html, you can use PlugNPlay.
- Can I sell my own products using Movaya's platform?
- A: Yes! Movaya has relationships with hundreds of content providers. you can sell content from yuor own website and/or make it availalable to all Movaya merchants.
