Platform M™ is a complete solution for Movaya’s customers. Movaya has designed and built a software platform to enable web-based business-to-consumer transactions for mobile content.

Platform M™ provides an online, secure content management system. Content producers have the ability to manage their entire content portfolios in one place. A custom management system will allow all producers to manage their content online, using a secure web interface to add, delete and edit their content. Once the content is in the system, it will automatically be formatted for the end-user.

Platform M™ gives merchants, portals, content providers and communities the ability to pick and choose the mobile content that their website will offer to consumers. Not only will merchants be able to offer their own mobile content, they have access to a library of 3rd party content. The platform’s enormous library of content can be sorted by genre, file type, device capabilities and more.

Wholesale partners, using their own systems to sell the content, will be able to browse this same catalog and access the content programmatically, allowing them to buy in bulk.

Platform M™ allows any website to build a custom, ecommerce storefront for mobile content browsing, purchasing and distribution. Platform M™ is a web service that provides a unique Application Programming Interface (API). The API uses Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) to communicate. SOAP is a lightweight XML-based messaging protocol used to encode the information in a web service request and response messages before sending them over a network. SOAP messages are independent of any operating system or protocol, which is an important aspect of the Movaya system: any company can interact with Movaya’s platform, regardless of the technology they use.
